Our policy
All Question Everything Co. tees are printed on demand specifically for you. For this reason we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Faulty or incorrect orders
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will make it right. This includes misprints, damaged items, or incorrect products being sent.
To report an issue contact us at [your contact email] with your order number and a photo of the item.
Sizing
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. We are not able to offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
